Skillet Hawaiian Chicken



I never ever get sick of chicken. Seriously. I love how versatile it is and you can create so many great dishes with it. Like this Skillet Hawaiian Chicken. My family devoured this. Literally. It was so good. I served it with a salad for a delicious weeknight meal!


Skillet Hawaiian Chicken
Serves 4
WW PP=6
Cal 202, Carbs 28.2, Fat 6.5, Fiber 1, Protein 12.5

Ingredients
16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
sliced green onion

Season chicken with garlic powder. 

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken about 10 minutes or so. Add in the soup, soy sauce, honey, and pineapple. Combine well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 

Serve over rice and garnish with green onion, Enjoy!
