Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dry ranch seasoning
1 cup petite diced tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup crumbled bacon or bacon bits
3/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 box Uncle Bens Chicken and Vegetable Rice
2 cups water
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and dry ranch mix. Cook until no longer pink.
Stir in rice and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in bacon, tomatoes, and top with cheese. Continue cooking about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
