Slow Cooker Ranch Pot Roast




This has got to be one of the easiest Pot Roast recipes I have ever made and the best part is that your slow cooker does all the work for you!

Slow Cooker Ranch Pot Roast
Serves 6

Cal 283, Carbs 20.8, Fat 13, Fiber 2, Protein 23.3


Ingredients
2 lb boneless chuck roast
1 package dry ranch seasoning mix
1 lb small Yukon potatoes (I used fingerling)
1/2 yellow onion, cut into chunks
1/2 bag baby carrots
1/3 cup water


Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Top with veggies and sprinkle seasoning mix over top. Add water, stir, and cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Enjoy!
