Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders



Back in the day I was obsessed with Chicken Crispers from Chili's. They were so so good but so so high in calories! These days I rarely have them but really wanted to try and re-create a healthier baked version like these Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders. They were so good and a hit with the family!

Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders
Serves 4
WW PP=4
Cal 158, Carbs 6, Fat 3.7, Protein 25.5

Ingredients
16 oz. chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup honey
1/8 cup buffalo sauce
2 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Pre-Heat oven to 400.

In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Toss and set aside.

In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.

Take each chicken tender and dredge in sauce and then coat in breadcrumb mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Dip in ranch if desired. Enjoy!
