I love just about anything Chicken Caesar. Caesar Salads, Sandwiches, Panini's. If it's got Caesar Dressing and Chicken, then I will eat it! I could probably eat Caesar Salads at least twice a week and I enjoyed these Chicken Caesar Club Wraps so much that I could eat them every day! They were that good! What's not to love?
Chicken Caesar Club Wraps
Makes 4 Wraps
Cal 327, Carbs 13, Fat 17.2, Fiber 8g, Protein 28.5
3 cups cooked chicken breast (I grilled mine)
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup reduced fat caesar dressing
1/2 cup caesar croutons, crushed
8 slices cooked
4 slices cheese of your choice (I used reduced fat white cheddar)
4 slices tomato
4 wraps (I used Multigrain low carb wraps)
In a large bowl, combine the dressing, chicken, romaine and croutons. Spoon about 2/3 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla top with a slice of cheese, tomato, and two slices bacon. Roll up tortilla and cut in half. Serve with additional caesar dressing for dipping if desired. Enjoy!
