I love a good sandwich and sometimes it's fun to have sandwiches for dinner. Club sandwiches are a favorite in my house and I thought why not mix it up and create a Turkey Ranch Club Melt. They are really easy to prepare and delicious!
Turkey Bacon Ranch Club Melts
Makes 4 Sandwiches
WW PP=7 Per Sandwich
Cal 308, Carbs 14g, Fat 16g, Fiber 2g, Protein 17g
8 slices deli smoked turkey
12 slices hickory smoked bacon, cooked crisp
4 tbsp. ranch sandwich spread (I like Hidden Valley)
4 slices white cheddar cheese
4 slices tomato
Bread of your choice (I used Honey Wheat)
Arrange sandwiches by spreading 1 tbsp. ranch on bread and top with turkey, bacon, cheese, and tomato.
Using a panini press or griddle heat sandwich about 2-3 minutes per side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
