Crock Pot Buffalo Style Pork Chops

I know what you must be thinking. Buffalo Pork Chops? Yes, it's true. I made Buffalo Style Pork Chops in my Crock Pot. And they were good. Actually not just good but...great! I don't make pork chops all that often and when I do they are usually grilled. I still haven't busted out the grill and they had a sale on pork loin chops at the grocery store and I wanted a unique way to prepare them. Hence the "Buffalo Style." I served these pork chops over rice but you can eat them with a side of veggies or a baked potato too. If you like pork chops you have got to give this recipe a try!

  3. I love buffalo anything. I've never made pork chops in the crockpot - did it come out moist and not rubbery? Want to give this a try. Pinned

  4. Hi Erlene,
Mine came out really moist. I find that as long as I cook them on a low heat with some chicken broth or water and cook them for only 3-4 hours that they will turn out moist. Hope you enjoy!
