Spicy Bacon Ranch Pasta

Day number three of warmth and sunshine. I've spent most of the week outside and have yet to head to the grocery store. This pasta dish was created with some ingredients that I always have on hand. It was quick and easy to prepare and a hit with the family!

Spicy Bacon Ranch Pasta
Serves 6
WW PP=5
Cal 208, Carbs 30.3g, Fat 5g, Fiber 6g, Protein 10.6g

Ingredients
8 oz. mini shells (I used Barilla high fiber)
1 can rotel, undrained
1/2 Dry Ranch Packet
1 cup shredded American cheese blend ( I like Kraft)
1 cup crumbled bacon
1/8 cup milk

Cook Pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over low heat whisk together milk and ranch. Add in the rotel and shredded cheese. Turn heat to medium-high and stir until cheese is smooth. Add in your bacon and then cooked pasta. Combine well. Enjoy!

  1. Your recipes look yummy, but I think your points are way off on most recipes..for example when I plug this in it comes in at 500 calories per serving. One cup of bacon? No way it comes in so low....

  2. I'm sorry you think that. I'm not sure what application you are plugging my recipes into but I use my fitness pal to calculate all my nutrition info and it is accurate.
