Crock Pot Peach Mango Chicken Chili

I've been a bit of a recipe rut since returning home from vacation. I've been in the mood for chili but really wanted something different so I decided to play around with a few ingredients and I ended up creating this awesome Chili. And yes, I said awesome, that is exactly what it was. Sweet and Spicy and delicious!

Crock Pot Peach Mango Chicken Chili
Serves 6
WW PP=3
Cal 119, Fat 0g, Carbs 13.8g, Fiber 3g, Protein 16.3g

Ingredients
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup great northern beans (any white bean will work in this)
1 cup peach mango salsa
1 14 oz can fire roasted tomatoes

Toss all of the ingredients into the bottom of your crock pot. Stir and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Top with sour cream and serve with corn chips. Enjoy!
