I don't make pasta as much as I used to, but this has always been one of my favorites. It's also a great way to get my little one to eat his veggies! This is a great meal for busy days when you don't want to spend a lot of time at the stove. Quick, Easy, and Delicious!
Creamy Shells with Broccoli and Ham
4 cups chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
3 cups uncooked small pasta shells (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups chopped Broccoli
2 cups cubed ham
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( I used cheddar and white cheddar)
In 3-quart saucepan, heat broth to boiling over medium-high heat. Add pasta shells; heat to boiling. Boil 6 minutes; do not drain. Reduce heat. Stir in broccoli and ham. Cover; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until shells are tender. Remove from heat. Add shredded cheese; toss gently until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
