Slow Cooker BBQ Beef

This tasty BBQ beef couldn't have been easier to prepare. A meal like this is perfect for busy weekdays or weekends when you don't feel like cooking. I love that the slow cooker does the work for you! It was delicious and a hit with the whole family!

Slow Cooker BBQ Beef
Adapted From Betty Crocker

Ingredients
2-3 pounds beef boneless chuck roast ( I used bottom round)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
12 kaiser or hamburger buns, split
Place beef in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender. Remove beef to cutting board. Cut into slices; return to cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 20 to 30 minutes longer or until beef is hot. Fill buns with beef mixture. Enjoy!
