Crockpot Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwiches

I love chicken Caesar salads and we all know how much I love my crockpot.
Incorporating the two=pure deliciousness!

Crockpot Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients
3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/4 cup Caesar dressing. (I love Kraft creamy caesar)
1/2 Cup shaved parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
Romain Lettuce
Rolls of your choice (we used Ciabatta)

Arrange chicken breasts in slow cooker. Cook 4-5 hours on low or 3-4 on high. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker. Add dressing, cheese, and black pepper. Cook an additional 15 minutes. Remove chicken mixture and spoon onto rolls top with lettuce. Enjoy!
