Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken





I should just call it crockpot week here at my house since almost all my meals are being cooked in the crockpot and almost all of those are chicken. What can I say? I have a love for my crockpot and  I love chicken! :) This is one of my favorites!

Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breast (tenderloins work well in this too)
1 packet Italian seasoning (I used Good Seasons brand)
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 block cream cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 box pasta of your choice (I used bowties)
Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Arrange chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Add seasoning mix, butter, and chicken stock. Cook on low 4-5 hours. During the last 30 minutes of cooking time add cream cheese and tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Shred chicken and serve over pasta. Enjoy!

  5. This recipe sounds great! When I was raising my kids as a single working mom, my crockpot was a time and life saver. Now that I'm dealing with chronic illness issues, it's become a life saver again.
