Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Panini

Happy Saturday! I'm so excited to use my new Panini Press. I just got it yesterday and I decided to make my first panini a breakfast one. I love the Panera breakfast sandwich made with white cheddar, fried egg, and bacon. That was the inspiration behind this sandwich.

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Panini
Ingredients
2 eggs cooked over medium
2 slices bacon
1 slice white cheddar cheese
1 soft ciabatta roll
1/2 tsp olive oil

Brush both sides of ciabtta roll with olive oil. Cook eggs until over medium. Lay cooked eggs on roll, add bacon and cheese and transfer to panini press. Cook 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
